Within her Hypnotherapy practice, Cynthia uses both Hypnosis and Counseling theories to develop an awareness, understanding, and insight for you as the client. She assists you through the skills of self-hypnosis which will serve to empower you to make choices and changes in your life. Hypnotherapy is a solution-based modality that facilitates results in a much quicker fashion than other types of healing and change; however, clients will progress at their own pace. Cynthia believes in the individual’s ability to access his or her own healing powers and building of life skills and resources. She facilitates that healing so that the client will be able to continue to apply these new skills in all areas of life. Cynthia works with adults, children, adolescents and families in her Clinical Transpersonal Hypnotherapy practice. Cynthia is also a Certified EasyBirthing® Practitioner and provides individual and group classes for pregnancy, prenatal parenting, and childbirth.
